OKC Tech Guys provides in-home technology support services in the Oklahoma City metro area, including but not limited to:
Booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from OKC Tech Guys. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your appointment time and any service details.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on the actual complexity of the work performed. We will provide a clear estimate before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. A receipt will be provided upon request.
While we make every effort to resolve your tech issues, we cannot guarantee that every problem can be fixed. Some hardware failures, data loss situations, or deeply corrupted systems may be beyond repair. In such cases, you will only be charged for the diagnostic time actually performed.
You are responsible for backing up your own data before any service visit. OKC Tech Guys is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the course of a service. We always take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but strongly recommend having a current backup before any repair or maintenance work.
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the owner of the device(s) being serviced or have explicit authorization from the owner to have work performed on it.
OKC Tech Guys' liability for any service performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service visit. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or from any errors, omissions, or defects in service.
